Leave the M5 at Exeter (junction 31), and take the A38 towards Plymouth for 26.3 miles to the Wrangaton Cross junction signed to Ermington/Modbury/Yealmpton. Follow the A3121/A379 for 7.6 miles to Modbury. Drive through Modbury and one mile further on, at Harraton Cross, turn right onto the B3392 to Bigbury. Keep on the B3392 for 4.8 miles to Bigbury-on-Sea, going through St Ann's Chapel and Bigbury, and past Bigbury Golf Club on the left, on the way. Go past the Henley Hotel on your left. Continue on the road, turn left (past the bus stop) and left down the drive.
